Please note that we are unable to offer refunds related to illnesses, travel issues, weather or anything else. Please ensure that you purchase a refundable travel ticket as we cannot refund you if your airline cancels your flight. Take an early enough flight to allow for delays due to weather or anything else. If you are unable to make it to the training event, you may send someone else from your organization in your place. At this time, all students will be seated at their own 6 foot table to promote social distancing. If you are registering 40+ days in advance of the class, please use Promotion Code ERD for a $250.00 discount.
